• 20% of a starting salary, $99,999 and under, for any candidate hired for a position within 12 months after the initial date the candidate is presented.

• 25% of a starting salary, $100,000 and over, for any candidate hired for a position within 12 months after the initial date the candidate is presented.

• 6 month replacement guarantee via credit to be used for a future placement.

Exclusive/Executive Recruiting Services are provided for those hard to fill, confidential or senior-level positions that require a targeted approach.

Fees for such searches are set on a case-by-case basis.
